Steve Blau, PE, LEED AP, is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in building solutions and management. As the Owner and Engineering Sales lead at Masters Building Solutions, Inc. since January 2018, Steve has leveraged previous roles as District Business Leader for Integrated Systems and Account Manager for Healthcare Solutions at Trane from August 2006 to January 2018. Prior to this, Steve worked as a Consulting Engineer at Environmental Systems Design, Inc. from May 2003 to August 2006. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 1998 and 2003.
