Jessica Yates has accumulated extensive experience in account management and community development, currently serving as an Account Supervisor at Masterworks since November 2016, having previously held various roles including Account Executive, Ad Operations Specialist & Media Buyer, Account Manager, and Account Associate. Prior to Masterworks, Jessica worked as a Community Development Coordinator for Children of the Nations and gained customer service experience as a Barista & Coffee Master at Starbucks. Additionally, Jessica completed a Communication and Marketing Internship at Canyon County Paramedics, focusing on public engagement initiatives. Jessica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication with an emphasis in public relations and a minor in business administration from Northwest Nazarene University, as well as an Associate's Degree from Olympic College.
