Ashley Jones, MSHE, currently serves as the Director of Postsecondary Placement at Mastery Schools, a position held since August 2016, with a focus on ensuring student success in postsecondary programs. Previously, Ashley worked as the Assistant Director of Postsecondary Placement and as an 11th Grade College Advisor, implementing college readiness initiatives for first-generation students. Earlier experience includes roles at Community Options, Inc. as Executive Director and Program Specialist, overseeing care for individuals with intellectual disabilities, and at Arcadia University as the REAL Certificate Coordinator for students with intellectual disabilities. Additionally, Ashley worked as a Therapist at Resources for Human Development, providing behavioral interventions for children with various diagnoses. Ashley holds a Master's in Higher Education Administration from Drexel University and is pursuing a Master's in Public Education Management at Yale University.
