Omar Robinson has extensive work experience in facilities management and operations. Omar started their career in 1999 as an Engineering Technologist at CCS Thompson Consulting Engineering. From 2001 to 2004, they worked as a Project Manager at George Hadley Group, overseeing the construction of a secondary school. Omar then moved on to Bermuda Hospitals Board, where they served as an Assistant Facilities Manager from 2005 to 2007. At CVS, they worked as an Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing various departments within the distribution center. From 2008 to 2009, they held the position of Facilities Manager at ARAMARK Education, managing maintenance operations for multiple buildings. Omar then joined ARAMARK K-12 Education as the Director of Maintenance & Operations, where they were in charge of staff management and overseeing capital projects. Finally, they worked at UHS as a Facilities/Administrative Service Manager until 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Director Facilities and Capital Planning at Mastery Charter Schools.

Omar Robinson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Northeastern University, where they studied from 1993 to 1999. Before attending Northeastern University, they completed their secondary education at Gould Academy from 1990 to 1993 and studied at Berkeley Institute from 1988 to 1990.
