Junwei Fan is a co-founder and CEO of MastPlot since July 2023, and serves as an Assistant Manager in Venture Building and previously as Assistant Principal Engineer at ST Engineering. With extensive experience in engineering, Junwei has held various roles including Senior Engineer and Engineer at ST Engineering's Engineering Design Centre in Hull and Marine Systems. Prior to these positions, Junwei was President of the Newcastle University Engineering Projects Society, facilitating interdisciplinary engineering projects. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Engineering in Marine Technology with Honours in Naval Architecture from Newcastle University. Junwei's early career includes internships at ST Marine and research roles at the Defence Science and Technology Agency. Furthermore, Junwei served as a Logistics Officer in the Singapore Armed Forces.
