Marty Ulmanis

Marty Ulmanis is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in corporate taxation, currently serving as the Director of Corporate Tax at MAT Holdings, Inc. since February 2020. Previously, Marty held the position of Director of Taxation at Zebra Technologies Corporation for nearly 21 years, focusing on value-added tax saving strategies and key tax disciplines including international tax, compliance, and transfer pricing. Prior roles include Manager of Tax at Wickes Inc. and Tax Manager at Culligan International, along with experience as a Senior Tax Analyst at Ernst & Young. Marty holds a Master's degree in Taxation from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Northern Illinois University.
