Kenneth Dodson

Kenneth Dodson has extensive experience in engineering and operations, currently serving as a Staff Facilities Engineer at Matador Resources Company since March 2015, where previous roles included Senior Production Engineer, Operations Engineer, and Associate Engineer. Before this, Kenneth served in the United States Marine Corps from April 2010 to January 2015, holding positions such as Regional Network Operations and Security Center Officer in Charge and Battalion Communications Officer, managing personnel and communications equipment across a wide geographic area. Kenneth's early career included a role as Assistant Plant Engineer at Champion Fiberglass, Inc. in 2009, where contributions included factory machine design and drafting. Kenneth holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines, completed in 2009, and graduated from Klein Oak High School in 2005.
