Sean Cameron

Sean Cameron is an experienced Operations Engineer currently working at Matador Resources Company since April 2023. Prior to this role, Sean served as the Lead Application Engineer at Baker Hughes from March 2022 to April 2023, and held the position of Technical Engineer at Import Tool Corp. Ltd. from June 2019 to February 2022, focusing on downhole Torque and Drag modeling and providing technical support for sales. Earlier experience includes operational roles such as Operator at Skyline Well Testing and Floor Hand at CWC Well Servicing and Treeline Well Servicing. Sean also contributed as a Production Engineering Intern at Devon Energy Canada, analyzing field production, and supported Alberta's wildfire protection program as a Loader Technician for the Government of Alberta. Sean holds a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Wyoming and an Associate's degree in Petroleum Technology from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
