Shailesh N. is the founder and CEO of MatchMove, an enterprise-grade entertainment and e-commerce platform that powers payments, apps, games, e-books and music content available in English, Chinese, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Thai, Arabic, Spanish and French. Shailesh was previously the President of Asia Pacific for Cryptologic Ltd., where they established online game development and distribution capabilities in Singapore, China, Central Europe and the USA. Shailesh has also held the position of Managing Director for Strategy & Operations in Asia Pacific for Cisco Systems.
Under Shailesh's leadership, MatchMove has won the Deloitte Fast 500 Award as the Fastest Growing Company in Singapore and SE Asia. Eilers Research has also named MatchMove one of the 10 most important skill game companies in the world. In 2016, MatchMove pivoted into Banking-as-a-Service to become MatchMove Pay - The OS for Digital Cash.
Shailesh N. has an MBA from Henley Business School and a degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
