Lee Reid

Lee Reid has extensive experience in recruitment, particularly in the Mobility sector, holding various roles at Matchtech since June 2008, including Recruitment Operations Manager and Recruitment Delivery Manager. In April 2024, Lee transitioned to Operations Manager for the Mobility division, overseeing 30 consultants across the UK and South Africa, while developing and implementing recruitment processes. Earlier roles included Team Leader and Senior Recruitment Consultant, focusing on aerospace, automotive, and defence sectors. Prior to Matchtech, Lee held positions in mortgage advisory and customer service at ASAP Loans Ltd, The Mortgage Lender, and Halifax, showcasing a strong foundation in client relations and business development. Lee's educational background includes A Levels in Information Technology, Maths, and Graphic Communications from Barton Peveril Sixth Form College and GCSEs from Hamble Secondary School.
