Loren Posendek has extensive experience in marketing operations, with a focus on providing strategic guidance, execution, and operational rigor related to the MarTech stack. They have worked at Material Security as Director of Marketing Operations, Expel as Principal Marketing Platform Operations Manager, Wiz as Senior Marketing Operations Manager, Cisco as Marketing Operations Manager for Duo Security, and DecisionDesk as Marketing Operations Specialist. Loren led all marketing operations initiatives including, marketing automation and CRM system administration, campaign management, marketing reporting, and analytics, process building and refinement, marketing technology management, and data management. Finally, at Hyland, creator of OnBase, they were a Demand Program Specialist for the Government vertical and also served as a Marketing Intern.
Loren Posendek received an Associate degree in Business Administration from Lorain County Community College in 2011 before continuing on to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a minor in Marketing from Kent State University in 2012. In addition to this formal education, Loren also obtained several certifications, including Adobe Certified Expert-Marketo Engage Business Practitioner, LeanData Routing Certification, and multiple Marketo Certified Expert certifications, between 2017 and 2023.

We started Material after the 2016 hacks changed history and showed everyone everywhere the importance and fragility of our private data.
