Oleh Shapovalov

Oleh Shapovalov is an experienced Agile Coach currently leading technical product delivery at Materialise since June 2022, where responsibilities include scaling Agile delivery across globally distributed teams to ensure predictable software releases. Previously, as Manager of Organizational Development at MacPaw Inc., Oleh led the design and implementation of a leadership development program to enhance effectiveness amidst significant growth. At DTEK, Oleh managed organizational development for Agile and digital transformation, promoting Lean-Agile practices and collaborating with Amazon Web Services to integrate cloud technologies. Earlier roles included project management of training facilities and EdTech products, as well as conducting feasibility studies for energy projects. Oleh holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Lviv Polytechnic National University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from Donetsk National Technical University.
