René Rüdinger

René Rüdinger is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in the automotive and consulting industries. Currently serving as Group Chief Financial Officer at Materna Information & Communications SE since September 2021, Rüdinger is responsible for managing growth strategies and overseeing all non-operative administrative functions within a highly profitable environment. Previously, Rüdinger held significant roles such as Chief Financial Officer at Arcadis, where revenue and profitability were doubled over six years, and President and CEO at Hinduja Group/Albonair, successfully growing turnover from zero to 150 million EUR. Rüdinger's career also includes leadership positions at Daimler AG and PA Consulting Group, where expertise in business development, restructuring, and strategic consulting was demonstrated. Rüdinger holds a PhD and a Dipl.-Oec. from the University of Kassel, along with educational experiences at prestigious institutions in Madrid and Lyon.
