Julie Strøyer Rasmussen

Julie Strøyer Rasmussen is a seasoned professional in programme development and grants management, currently serving as the Head of Programme Development & Support at Maternity Foundation since November 2022. In this role, Julie leads a team focused on optimizing grant and financial management processes across global hubs. Previously, as Senior Programme & Grants Manager at Maternity Foundation, Julie linked Business Development with Programme priorities while overseeing initiatives in the MENA and LAC regions. Prior experience includes project and framework management at Nordic Consulting Group Denmark, fundraising strategy development at ARTICLE 19, and project coordination in reproductive health at the Population Council and Ipas. Julie holds a Master's degree in International Development and a Bachelor's degree in Communication, supplemented by an International Baccalaureate.
