Matexi
Frederik Van Damme serves as the Regional Business Director for West- and East-Flanders at Matexi since October 2004, where responsibilities include being a member of the Executive Committee and developing long-term strategies while overseeing full P&L responsibility for regional projects. Previously, Frederik managed the Business Unit West-Flanders, leading a team of 23 in project acquisition, development, and sales, achieving significant annual metrics in housing units and land sales. Prior experience includes a role as Consultant in Spatial Planning and Urban Development at EUROSENSE, where Frederik established new services for municipal authorities. Frederik holds Master’s Degrees in Spatial Planning and Geomatics and Surveying from Ghent University.
