Jill Constantine

Jill Constantine has extensive work experience in the field of human services and business development. Jill currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Human Services at Mathematica. Prior to this role, they held positions such as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Vice President at the same company. Jill also served as the Education Practice Leader and Associate Director at Mathematica. Before joining Mathematica, they worked as a Senior Economist. Jill Constantine began their career as an Assistant Professor at Williams College.

Jill Constantine earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania from 1989 to 1994. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Smith College. Jill completed their high school education at Wethersfield High School.
