Rebecca Connelly

Rebecca Connelly is an experienced project manager and research professional with a strong background in human services, medical ethics, and health equity. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Mathematica since February 2023, Rebecca's prior roles include Research Coordinator at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and Research Assistant at Rutgers School of Social Work. Past experience includes significant project management positions at All Hands and Hearts - Smart Response, where Rebecca oversaw recovery efforts in the U.S. Virgin Islands after hurricanes and managed partnerships and funding opportunities. Rebecca holds a Master of Social Work in Management and Policy from Rutgers School of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science from Yale University.
