Claudia Wey

Claudia Wey has extensive experience in user experience design and management. Claudia worked at MathWorks from 2005 to present, starting as a Senior User Experience Specialist and eventually becoming the Senior User Experience Design Team Lead. In this role, they managed a team of designers and developed MathWorks' design system. Claudia also held roles as a User Experience Design Team Lead and a Consulting Principal User Experience Designer. Before MathWorks, Claudia worked at think3 as a User Interface Design Manager and a Software Project Leader. Claudia also has experience as a researcher at the Advanced Robotics Technology and Systems Laboratory at Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna. In 2013, they created a product called Scrble. Claudia's work has resulted in multiple awarded patents and a focus on improving design patterns and usability.

Claudia Wey attended Università di Pisa from 1987 to 1992, where they obtained a Laurea in Scienze dell'Informazione (equivalent to a BS/MA in Computer Science).
