Katie Kotch

Katie Kotch has over 15 years of experience in human resources, specializing in learning and development as well as college recruiting. Currently serving as Senior Manager of HR Learning & Development at MathWorks since June 2010, Katie also holds the role of College Recruiting Manager, partnering with the Engineering Development Group to support leadership development for emerging talent. Prior to MathWorks, Katie worked at State Street and Investors Bank & Trust in various recruiting and staffing roles. Katie holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Bentley University and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Emmanuel College.
