Rohit S Nambiar

Rohit S Nambiar is a Senior UX Researcher at MathWorks since February 2022, specializing in user experience enhancements for Control Design and Automation tools, particularly focusing on Simulink masking and Verification & Validation tools. Prior to MathWorks, Rohit served as a Product Owner and UX Researcher at Zentron Labs Private Limited from December 2018 to January 2022, where collaboration with marketing, product, and engineering teams led to the development of user-informed product solutions. Rohit also held a position as Project Assistant at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) in 2018, contributing to biomedical product design projects through direct engagement with healthcare professionals. Earlier in 2017, Rohit completed a Product Design Internship at Ergoform Consulting Private Limited, focusing on establishing a design language for kitchen appliances. Rohit holds a Master’s degree in Product Design and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut.
