Amanda Ferreira, ASQ CQA, is an accomplished professional in microbiology with extensive experience in quality control. Currently serving as QC Manager and previously as QC Supervisor at Matica Biotechnology, Inc. since May 2021, Amanda has developed a robust background in microbiological quality assurance. Prior positions include Quality Supervisor and Senior Microbiologist at Bausch + Lomb from August 2012 to April 2021, as well as roles at United Esoterics, Nephron Pharmaceuticals, and ABC Research Corporation. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and Cell Science from the University of Florida, which was completed between 2007 and 2010.
