Achini Ranaweera has worked in the customer success and category management fields. Achini began their career in 2017 as an Assistant Manager - Category Management at ikman.lk. In 2022, they joined Matific as a Senior Customer Success.

Achini Ranaweera completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David in 2019. Achini also studied at the London Business School, where they earned an MBA in the same year.
