Head Of Customer Success at Matik

Spencer Davison is currently the Head of Technical Account Management at Matik. Prior to this, they were the Sr. Insights Program Manager and Customer Success Segment Lead at LinkedIn from February 2017 to April 2020. In this role, they worked with product marketing to develop product business case narratives tailored to customer objectives and challenges, which included estimated revenue projection. Spencer also partnered with AI and Taxonomy teams to build a chatbot capable of querying CRM and product data with common language questions and paraphrases.

In addition, Spencer has also served as a Senior Insights Lead at The Marketing Store from August 2015 to February 2017, and as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton from September 2013 to August 2015.

Spencer Davison has a Master of Science in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations and Comparative Politics from Trinity University. Spencer also has a minor in English from UC Irvine.

Their manager is Nikola Mijic, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Rebecca Sekar - Head of Marketing, Steven Broudy - VP, Head of Sales, and Zak Stein - CTO.
