Earlier, John was an Executive Senior Partner at Lucas Group from November 2007 to September 2019, specializing in recruiting mid to senior-level candidates in Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. John also contributed as an Executive Search Consultant and Key Account Manager at Coca-Cola Enterprises between June 2005 and October 2007.
