Michael Walker has extensive experience in finance and corporate development, currently serving as Vice President Finance at Summit Utilities, Inc. since March 2022. Prior roles include Chief Financial Officer and Vice President Finance at Matrix Design Group, Inc. from November 2023 to June 2024, and VP Corporate Development and CFO at Crestone Services Group from June 2018 to February 2022. Additionally, Michael held the position of Vice President Finance at Great Western Operating Company from December 2010 to January 2018 and was Director of Planning and Finance at The Broe Group from February 2008 to December 2010. Michael holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado Boulder and a B.S. in Marketing from The College of New Jersey.
