Ian Mills

Ian Mills is a Hardware Engineer at Matrix Design Group LLC since October 2022, specializing in high voltage and high speed projects. Previously, Ian served as a Design Engineer at Matrix Design Group, leveraging automotive expertise for safety and reliability. From January 2016 to October 2022, Ian worked at Halla Mechatronics as a Prototype Engineer and Electrical Hardware Engineer, focusing on powerpack performance validation, design verification, and testing. Ian's work experience also includes a brief position as a Campaign Worker at Michigan Sugar Company and as an Assistant Manager at Liberty Harbor Municipal Marina. Ian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Pensacola Christian College, obtained in 2015, and a high school diploma with a mathematics focus from Ash Grove Academy.
