Víctor Martínez Salas is a seasoned professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as the Senior Asset Manager for EUROPE & LATAM at Matrix Renewables since July 2023, overseeing the operational management of a portfolio of photovoltaic assets. Previously, Martínez Salas held the position of PV Operations Manager at ENGIE España, managing a team responsible for a portfolio of 17 installations exceeding 200 MW and optimizing operational costs. With extensive experience in asset management at Eolia Renovables, overseeing a portfolio of 586 MW of wind and 75 MW of photovoltaic capacity, and earlier roles at Alantra and Prointer S.L., Martínez Salas possesses a strong background in technical performance analysis and contract management. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Renewable Energies and Energy Market from EOI Business School and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche, complemented by studies in Electrical, Civil, and Building Engineering at Università degli Studi di Firenze.
