Jon Phillips is an experienced professional in project controls and management, currently serving as Project Controls Manager at Matrix Service since October 2019. Prior to this role, Jon held the position of Director of Special Services at Alliance Tank Service for a short tenure from April to September 2019. Jon has an extensive background at Matrix Service, working in various capacities including Estimating Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Estimator from June 2003 to April 2019. Earlier experience includes an internship at Roche Constructors, Inc. in June 2002. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Oklahoma State University, obtained between 1998 and 2003.
