Mica Arnett

Mica Arnett serves as the General Accounting Manager at Matrix Service Company since November 2022, managing a team of five and overseeing critical financial processes including cash receipts, fixed asset accounting, and coordination with auditors. Previously, Mica held the position of Director of Finance at A & M Engineering and Environmental Services, Inc., where responsibilities included leading month-end close processes, directing accounting operations, and providing financial updates to senior management. Mica has extensive experience in various accounting roles at AECOM/URS/EG&G and QuikTrip, focusing on financial reporting, process improvements, and personnel management. Mica holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Oklahoma State University and an Associate of Arts from Tulsa Community College.
