Trina James

Trina James has extensive work experience in the field of environmental science and biology. Trina is currently working as a Senior Environmental Scientist at Matrix Solutions Inc. since April 2021. Before that, from January 2014 to April 2021, they were the Biologist and Owner of their own consultancy firm, Trina James Consulting. Prior to that, they worked as an Aquatic Biologist at Triton Environmental from June 2012 to December 2013. Trina also served as an Aquatic Biologist at SNC-Lavalin Inc., Environment and Water from August 2011 to May 2012. Trina's career began at Matrix Solutions Inc. in January 2006 as an Aquatic Biologist and they worked there until September 2011.

Trina James attended the University of Alberta from 1996 to 2000. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental and Conservation Sciences, with a particular focus on Conservation Biology.
