Carina Renault

Carina Renault is an accomplished executive assistant with nearly 30 years of experience supporting C-level executives across various prominent organizations, with a background rooted in brand and hospitality industries. Born and raised in Sweden, Carina brings a global perspective that has been further enriched by her international career. From June 2021 to 2023, Carina supported the Chairman & CEO of Mattel, followed by her role as Senior Executive Assistant to the President and Chief Operating Officer. Since late 2023, Carina has served as the Senior Executive Assistant to the EVP and Chief Brand Officer at Mattel, Inc.

Prior to Mattel, Carina was a Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO at Focus Brands LLC and held the position of Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President of Asset Management at Park Hotels & Resorts—a company formed as a spin-off from Hilton Worldwide after the sale of Hilton’s owned assets. Carina's career began at Unilever, where she spent more than 10 years as the Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO, followed by the same position for the CEO of Philips, working across various countries in Europe and gaining valuable international experience.

Carina later worked at Hilton Worldwide as Executive Administrative Assistant to the Executive Vice President of Global Brands, Marketing, and Loyalty. Recognizing her exceptional skills and contributions, her Executive Vice President at Hilton personally requested that she join his team at Focus Brands when he became the CEO, further solidifying her reputation as an indispensable professional in the executive support field.

Fluent in five languages, Carina's extensive career, global perspective, and multilingual skills have enhanced her ability to navigate complex environments and support senior leadership teams across diverse industries.
