From April 2016 to January 2018, served as Chief Executive Officer of TOP-TOY, the largest retailer of toys and children's products in the Nordic region, operating approximately 300 retail locations in Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden, along with multiple stores in Germany. Prior to that, Soren held a variety of senior leadership roles with The LEGO Group. Soren served as President of LEGO Systems, Inc., from January 2004 to March 2016. Before that, he served as Senior Vice President, Europe North and Europe East (2000 to 2003); Senior Vice President, Special Markets (1999 to 2000); and Vice President/General Manager, LEGO New Zealand (1995 – 1999). Soren serves as an advisor to The Toy Association – the leading toy industry trade group – where he also served as a member of the association's Board of Directors from 2004 to 2014 and as Chairman from 2012 to 2014.
