Tanmaya R. is a Design Mentor at adplist.org since October 2022, providing global mentorship to aspiring UX designers by offering actionable solutions and critical feedback on portfolios, resumes, and cover letters. In addition, Tanmaya has been a Writer for Medium since August 2022, focusing on topics such as design, immigration, and sustainability. Previous experience includes roles as a Licensed Insurance Advisor at TD Insurance and a Design Strategist at designTWG, where Tanmaya's skills in project management, market research, and design development were demonstrated. Earlier career highlights include working as a Service Designer at Elephant Design Pvt. Ltd., where over 20 human-centered design projects were delivered, and co-founding Janika Design Studio, which specialized in furnishings for Indian homes. Tanmaya holds a Diploma in User Experience Design from BrainStation and a Master's Degree in Interior Design from Birmingham City University.
