Michael Carr

Michael Carr is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in finance, corporate development, and business operations. Currently serving as CFO and Advisory Board Member at Devtech since June 2018, Michael is also an Independent Board Member at Givex and a Co-founder and Board Member at Matter365. Previously, Michael held leadership roles such as CEO and Board Member at Amgine and COO at Tidal Migrations. Earlier career experiences include VP of Cloud Operations at Ingram Micro Cloud and Executive Vice-President at Softcom Inc., along with significant positions at InQuent Technologies and AT&T Canada. Michael holds a BA in Public Policy and Administration from York University and is recognized for expertise in M&A, vendor management, and business development.
