Nirosha Ruwan is Vice President of Legal at Mattermost.
Previously Nirosha served as external General Counsel and outside counsel for a broad array of venture-backed technology companies while an Attorney at Lumos Law, Latham & Watkins and Clearly Gottleib, Steen & Hamilton. She’s been active in public sector, having served in the Government of Sri Lanka, and the non-profit sector by co-founding a U.S. technology educational organization, as well having led international aid initiatives in South Asia in collaboration with the United Nations. Nirosha is the author of the book “Mind Over Scatter” and has taught university-level mindfulness curriculum at U.C.L.A.
Nirosha received her J.D. from Harvard Law School and undergraduate degree from Harvard College. She is licensed to practice law in California and in New York State.
