Sophia Chang

Sophia Chang is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in revenue accounting and recognition. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Revenue Accounting at Matterport since January 2021, Sophia has also held significant roles as Managing Director at Sapienti Consulting since June 2016 and Senior Director of Revenue Recognition at Hortonworks from June 2014 to June 2016. Previous positions include Director of Revenue Recognition at Datadirect Networks, Inc, and various senior management roles at Hewlett-Packard, where responsibilities spanned software revenue recognition and mergers and acquisitions. Sophia's earlier career includes leadership positions at Opsware, Documentum, Advent Software, and Acta, alongside a foundation in audit and accounting at Deloitte and Touche. Sophia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Saint Mary's College of California.
