Jim Merchlewitz

Jim Merchlewitz has extensive experience in business development and project management within various sectors, including stormwater management and infrastructure. Currently serving as Business Development Manager and Sr Manager of Technical Programs at Xerxes since May 2018, Jim has played a pivotal role in fostering strategic partnerships and leading integration processes. Prior to Xerxes, Jim held key positions at Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc., where responsibilities included engineering product management and federal division engineering, as well as project management roles at Welsh Construction, Ryan Companies US, Inc., and Holst Excavating, Inc. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA from St. Ambrose University.
