Arief Jaffer

Arief Jaffer is an experienced professional in the field of digital development and program management, currently serving as the Director of Omni Channel Development at Mattress Firm since September 2013, following previous roles as Sr. Manager of Digital Development. Prior to Mattress Firm, Arief spent over a decade at Wipro Technologies, where responsibilities included Technical Program Manager and various managerial positions in delivery and technical leadership. Arief holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree from Madras Institute of Technology, Anna University, Chennai, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI.
