Chad Silva

Chad Silva is an experienced professional in the fields of compensation and human capital analytics, currently serving as the Director of Compensation and Human Capital Analytics at Mattress Firm since June 2017. Prior to this role, Chad held various positions within Mattress Firm, including Senior Manager and Manager of Human Capital Analytics, as well as Senior Analyst and Financial Planning Analyst II. Previously, Chad worked at Service Corporation International as a Senior Financial Analyst and spent nearly a decade at Men's Wearhouse in several roles related to financial analysis and accounts payable. Chad holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Houston Christian University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas State University.
