Dwayne James

Dwayne James has extensive experience in warehouse operations, particularly with Mattress Firm, where responsibilities have included Group VP of Field Operations, Director of Operations, General Manager of Operations, and Phoenix Operations Manager since June 2007. Dwayne James focuses on maximizing sales through efficient warehouse operations and holds P&L responsibility. In previous roles, Dwayne James has conducted safety training for new hires and retrained existing staff. Prior to Mattress Firm, Dwayne James worked at Mattress Giant as the Receiving and Warranty Supervisor, overseeing shipping, receiving, and warranty processes while coaching warehouse staff. Dwayne James holds a degree in Business Administration from Broward College, earned between 2011 and 2014.
