Jennifer Pierson

Jennifer Pierson is an experienced professional who has worked in the retail industry for many years. Jennifer currently holds the position of Director Store Experience and Design at Mattress Firm since May 2021. Previously, Jennifer held the role of Director of Visual Merchandising at Pier 1 Imports for many years until June 2020. At Pier 1 Imports, Jennifer was responsible for overseeing in-store product placement, store direction for floor sets, shipment timing, store workload hours, budget management, and store scheduling for each season. Jennifer has a degree in Marketing, Textiles, and Apparel from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
