Marcus Carlis

Marcus Carlis is an experienced IT professional with a comprehensive background in application support and management. Currently serving as the Director of Application Support at Mattress Firm since February 2014, Marcus has been instrumental in the implementation and conversion to Microsoft Dynamics and the development of role-based security processes. Prior to this, Marcus held several positions at Mattress Giant from January 2000 to May 2012, including Service Desk Manager, where oversight of ERP/Oracle support and online warranty initiatives were key responsibilities. Marcus also managed multiple projects enhancing sales and accounting reporting workflows. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Northeastern State University.
