Nanda Theresia started their professional career in 2012 as a QC.PPC and Production Engineering intern at PT Len Industri (Persero). In 2014, they joined DENSO as a Marketing OEM and successfully implemented a retroactive pricing strategy that generated significant extra profit for the company. Nanda then had an internship position at PT Bandarudara Internasional Jawa Barat, where they innovated a new performance management system using Integrated Performance Management System (IPMS) method.
In 2018, Nanda was selected as one of the 15 participants for the Astra Graduate Program 8 (AGP 8) at PT Astra International Tbk. During the two-year program, they gained experience in various departments and business lines of Astra International. Nanda was then assigned to SERA, AWDA, and Astra Life as part of the Corporate Development Program. At Astra Life, they played a role in developing a shared service system and creating clear job descriptions and quantifiable business metrics for all employees.
In 2019, Nanda joined PT Astra Welab Digital Arta (Maucash) as a Business Development Specialist. Nanda later was promoted to Manager and given responsibility for the new division Productive Loan Business. Nanda'sroles included developing the productive business ecosystem, partnering with other businesses, and implementing Paylater business models.

Nanda Theresia earned a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan (UNPAR) between the years of 2009 and 2013. Nanda then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Operation and Performance Management at Institut Teknologi Bandung from 2016 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in Astra Attachment Program and Astra Basic Management Program through PT Astra International Tbk. Nanda also received a certification in Marketing from MarkPlus Institute.
