Kristy Gustafson has extensive experience in automotive and customer service sectors, currently serving as the General Manager and Director of Marketing and Business Development at Mauer Auto Group since October 2014. In these roles, Kristy manages multiple Business Development Centers, oversees marketing and vendor management, and focuses on CRM management and service productivity analysis. Prior to Mauer Auto Group, Kristy held the position of Business Development Manager, ensuring appointment confirmations and monitoring lead generation at Inver Grove Ford from August 2010 to October 2014. Additional experience includes roles as a Business Development Representative at Inver Grove Ford, Senior Customer Service Associate at Taylor Corporation, and Senior Sales Associate at TCF Bank. Kristy is a graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato and completed automotive dealer operations training at NADA Dealer Academy.

Mauer Auto Group started in 2010 with the opening of Mauer Chevrolet in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota. We expanded in 2017 with the addition of our GMC store in Inver Grove Heights and then again in 2020 with our second Chevrolet store in Anoka, Minnesota.
