Sam Morgan

Sam Morgan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in paralegal roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Paralegal at Maven Clinic since October 2022, Sam negotiates commercial contracts, develops negotiation guidelines, and documents legal standards. Previously at SIFMA, spanning nearly nine years, Sam held multiple positions including Senior Associate, overseeing derivatives-focused committees and advocating for members on regulatory issues, while also managing contract databases and training staff on contract management software. Sam's experience also includes administrative roles at Aetna and Manning Curtis Bradshaw & Bednar PLLC, a teaching position with the Peace Corps, and an education background with an ABA Approved Paralegal Certificate from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from the University of Utah.
