Cátia Mantas

Cátia Mantas serves as the Head of People & Talent and Special Projects Lead at Maven since April 2021, focusing on HR strategy, talent acquisition, and employment practices. Prior to Maven, Cátia worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Cazoo, supporting the integration of Drover during its acquisition. Cátia's earlier roles include the People & Talent Partner at Drover, where responsibilities spanned HR initiatives and employer branding, and HR Consultant and Generalist at Capgemini, managing payroll and recruitment processes. Cátia holds a Master's degree in Management with a specialization in Human Resources from the University of Évora and has completed additional studies in Human Resources and Organisational Psychology.
