Matthew's career has been focused on geosciences, with experience in various roles within the oil and gas industry. This includes working as a Vice President at Vantage E&P, a Consulting Geologist at FOUR CORNERS PETROLEUM LLC, and a Senior Geologist at EnCana. Matthew has also pursued higher education in geology, obtaining a Bachelor of Science from Tennessee Technological University and a Master's degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Currently, Matthew holds the position of VP New Ventures & Geosciences at Maverick Natural Resources, where Matthew is involved in a variety of acquisition opportunities.
