Amar Anand

Amar Anand has over a decade of experience in Human Resources, currently serving as Deputy General Manager and Unit HR Head at Max Healthcare since November 2012. Throughout this tenure, Amar has held various roles including Associate General Manager and Senior Manager, focusing on employee life cycle management, HR operations, compliance, payroll, and employee engagement. Previously, Amar worked as a Process & Compliance Executive at Adecco India Pvt Ltd. In terms of education, Amar is pursuing a Leadership Development Program in Organizational Leadership from the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur, and holds a Post Graduation in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, an MBA from Punjab Technical University, and a Bachelor of Computer Applications from Deen Dayal Upadhyay College.
