Manpreet Singh Jassal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, growth, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Currently serving as Associate Vice President at Max Healthcare since October 2022, Manpreet has previously held key positions at Dr Lal PathLabs, including Lead of Business Transformation & M&A, and AGM of Mergers & Acquisitions, where responsibilities included the full M&A lifecycle, valuation, due diligence, and post-deal integration. Earlier career experience includes significant roles at KPMG India, PwC India, Ernst & Young, and BDO India, focusing on deal advisory and financial services. Manpreet holds a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is currently pursuing a Leadership Development Programme at the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur, alongside a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata.
