Shahzaad Risaldar

Shahzaad Risaldar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in security, facilities management, and infrastructure within various organizations. Currently serving as CEO India at MAX-Security Solutions Ltd. since 2022, Shahzaad previously held the position of Facilities and Security Manager at PINKERTON from 2018 to 2021. Shahzaad's tenure at ICICI Bank from 2010 to 2018 included roles as Zonal Infrastructure and Facilities Head for the Mumbai Zone and Zonal Security Manager for East and West India. Earlier experience includes working as Resolution Manager for West and Central India at Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Limited from 2008 to 2010 and serving as a Major in the Indian Army from 2001 to 2008. Shahzaad is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, where a General Management Programme in Business Administration, Management and Operations was completed in 2008.
